Legal & Policy Questions We Hear Most Often

The complete terms document is linked in the footer of every page and in the account settings panel under Legal. It covers registration, deposits, withdrawals, play rules, prohibited activities, dispute resolution and account closure. You accepted those terms when you registered; we recommend reading them in full so you know your rights and obligations.

Eligibility depends on the laws of your jurisdiction. We do not accept account holders from regions where online gaming platforms are prohibited. You must confirm your own legal standing before registration; if you're unsure, consult local legal guidance. Opening an account means you represent that your use is lawful where you reside.

When you request account closure, we settle any outstanding balance and then delete your personal data within thirty days. Transaction records required for audit and compliance are anonymised so they can no longer identify you but are kept for the legally mandated retention period. After that period expires, those records are deleted unless a legal hold applies.

Yes. Use the data-request form in account settings and we'll send a structured export within fourteen days. The export includes registration details, transaction history, session logs and any support correspondence. You can review it, correct errors through the settings panel or use it to support a deletion or portability request.

If you believe we made an error — for example, an incorrect balance adjustment or a mistaken account restriction — contact support through live chat or email first. Most disputes are resolved at that stage. If you're not satisfied with the outcome, the formal dispute process set out in the terms of service applies; that process includes escalation steps and, if necessary, third-party resolution.

We share data only with our payment partners — Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost and FPX providers — to process deposits and withdrawals, and with service providers who help us operate the platform under strict confidentiality agreements. We do not sell your data to advertisers or marketing firms. When required by law or court order, we may disclose information to regulatory or law-enforcement authorities.

We review our terms periodically and update them when regulations change or when we add new features that require new rules. When we make a material change, we post a notice in your account dashboard and send an email to your registered address. Continued use of your account after the notice period means you accept the updated terms; if you disagree, close your account before the change takes effect.
